Standard clamping collets and chucks

Exact concentricity, highest precision and longevity are quality marks of our collets and chucks. When manufacturing all design features are produced in accordance with the predominant usage. Standard accuracy ranges up to 10 µm, for more demanding requirements we can achieve < 3µm. Vulcanisation of our collets takes place in-house.

The clamping surface is manufactured with smooth, cross-grooved and with both transverse and longitudinal grooves. In order to improve the tool life we provide coating for the clamping devices in accordance with the intended application. All collets are readily on demand.
