Your areas of responsibility

  • Technical and commercial processing and calculation of customer inquiries
  • Preparation of offers through to after-sales support in close cooperation with construction
  • Constant market observation and competition analysis.
  • Identification and acquisition of new customers
  • Manage customer portfolio
  • Participation in the alignment of product strategy and product management

 

Your qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in the metal sector
  • Technician training specializing in mechanical engineering or production technology, corresponding master training or BA/FH degree in mechanical engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in internal sales, ideally in the area of clamping technology
  • Dealing with common MS Office products
  • Enjoy customer contact and be fluent in spoken and written German and English
  • A good technical understanding

The company SWS Spannwerkzeuge GmbH produces clamping devices for a wide variety of industries and sectors. Each of our customers, nationally and internationally, expects clamping devices with which they can produce cost-effectively with the highest level of precision. Our standard collets, special collets and complex special clamping devices are characterized by high accuracy, long service life and short delivery times. The basis of our success is the passion with which we develop, design and manufacture our products. Your tasks:

  • Carry out technical customer advice
  • Identification and development of new customers
  • Support for existing customers
  • Capture customer requirements
  • Self-organization of route planning
  • Competition observation, reporting and reporting
  • Participation in the alignment of product strategy and product management
  • Creation of customer-specific marketing and presentation documents

 

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in a metal profession or commercial or technical studies desirable (bachelor's degree, business administration, technician), e.g. B. in the study programs of industrial engineering, business administration, mechanical engineering, etc.
  • Knowledge in the field of industrial equipment, in project business or in advising on technical and complex solutions
  • Dealing with common MS Office products
  • Traveling
